From financial reporting to better decisions.
Strong finance leadership is not simply about producing accurate numbers. It is about helping an organisation understand what those numbers mean, which decisions matter and how execution should change.
Throughout my career, I have worked with leaders and finance teams facing growth, operational complexity, increased stakeholder expectations and the need for stronger financial discipline. My approach combines strategic perspective with practical implementation: clarifying priorities, strengthening reporting and controls, and ensuring that teams can sustain the improvements after an engagement ends.
I founded Altair Advisory to make experienced finance leadership available flexibly—whether an organisation needs a fractional CFO, a focused transformation project or independent support for a significant decision.
How I work?
Clarity before activity
I identify the decision, risk or performance issue that matters before introducing new reporting or processes.
Commercial practicality
Recommendations must work within the organisation’s resources, systems and operating reality.
Performance discipline
Clear ownership, useful measures and regular review turn recommendations into results.
Responsible innovation
Technology and AI should strengthen finance capability without weakening control, confidentiality or human accountability.
